This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on AtelierMuseAI ("we", "us", or "our"), including subscriptions, one-time credit packages, and related paid features.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
AtelierMuseAI is a digital service delivered electronically and, in most cases, made available immediately after purchase.
Because service access and credit allocation can begin instantly, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed or credits have been granted/used.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, the following are non-refundable:
We may issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion, in limited circumstances such as:
4.1. Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a billing error.
4.2. Technical Billing Errors: A system/payment error resulted in an incorrect charge.
4.3. Service Delivery Failure: A paid transaction completed but the purchased entitlement (such as credits or subscription access) was not delivered and could not be restored within a reasonable time.
4.4. Mandatory Consumer Rights: Where refund rights are required by the laws applicable to your purchase.
Refunds are typically not available for:
6.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
6.2. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3. Charges already paid for the active billing period are not prorated or refunded, unless required by applicable law.
7.1. Used Credits are not refundable.
7.2. Unused Purchased Credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a billing error is verified.
7.3. Failed Generations Due to System Errors do not consume credits under normal platform behavior. If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact support for review.

9.2. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions where legally permitted.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If local law grants you additional refund rights, those rights will prevail.
